VISION

In short-term direction, KIW aim to:

·         Recruit more agents and stockists throughout Malaysia and other nearby country such as Brunei

·         Establish more products under Mak Wan’s brand

·         Improve factory facilities from time to time in order to meet current GMP requirements for better product quality

MISSION

In long-term direction, KIW embodies a determination to have more facilities, factories and ultimately become one of the most well-known high quality massage oil and balm products in Malaysia and nearby country.

OBJECTIVES

KIW is very committed to give the highest quality products and services which consistent with customer satisfaction by:

·         Providing the safe and good quality products by adhering to the Good Manufacturing Practice as suggested by Ministry of Health

·         Doing continuous improvement on work flow, process, formulation and product quality.

·         Prioritizing and fulfilling customer’s requirements and respond to customer complaint promptly.
