VISION

In short-term direction, KIW aim to:

·         Recruit more agents and stockists throughout Malaysia and other nearby country such as Brunei

·         Establish more products under Mak Wan’s brand

·         Improve factory facilities from time to time in order to meet current GMP requirements for better product quality

MISSION

In long-term direction, KIW embodies a determination to have more facilities, factories and ultimately become one of the most well-known high quality massage oil and balm products in Malaysia and nearby country.

KIW is very committed to give the highest quality products and services which consistent with customer satisfaction by:

·         Providing the safe and good quality products by adhering to the Good Manufacturing Practice as suggested by Ministry of Health

History of Mak Wan

Mak Wan or her real name as Hajjah Wan Sri Zaiton binti Wan Abdul Kadir is a familiar name in the world of Malay entrepreneurship which opened her business since 35 years old.

Based on some knowledges and experiences about entrepreneurship, she has been successfully set up a processing plant for rub and massage oil which named Koleksi Idaman Wanita. The products was given with symbolic brand - Mak Wan.

Despite having experiences in entrepreneurship, Mak Wan still attend seminars & expos organized by various government and private sectors including SIRIM and FAMA. This is the most important aspect on how her products manages to get place in the market.

The Success Of Mak Wan

1. Best Product Halal Award in conjuction with Maal Hijrah of Terengganu 2008     on Januari 10 2008.

2. The runner - up of Successful Fundamental Farming Entrepreneur at National     for Category 100 thousand 2009 / 2010.

3. Award for outstanding mother for Mother's day and Happy Family Tour at           national level on May 10 2015.

4. Good marketing strategy enable her to export Mak Wan's products to Dubai         through Dewan Perniagaan Melayu Malaysia.
